At Surat Textile Co., we strive to provide you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to be as simple and fair as possible to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

·       Eligibility for Return: You may return items within 7 Days from the date of delivery.

·       Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

·       Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as:

o   Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

o   Gift cards

o   Sale or clearance items

o   Custom or personalized products

·       Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@surattextileco.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to send the item back.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Please note the following:

·       Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned items. Please allow additional time for the transaction to reflect in your account.

·       Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid via credit/debit card, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

·       Partial Refunds: If an item is returned used, worn, or damaged, we may issue a partial refund. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

4. Return Shipping Costs

·       Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving a defective or incorrect item).

·       Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at +91 80008 70027. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no cost to you. Please include a photo of the damaged or defective item to help us process your claim.

6. How to Return an Item

·       Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@surattextileco.com to request a return authorization.

·       Step 2: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, including all tags and labels.

·       Step 3: Send the item to the return address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

7. International Returns

For international orders, the return process is similar to domestic returns. However, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process. Please contact our customer service team for specific instructions on returning an international order.

8. Final Sale Items

Please note that final sale items (e.g., sale or clearance items) are not eligible for return or refund. All items marked as "final sale" are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
